Jacksonville faces a 60% chance of precipitation Sunday, with showers and thunderstorms most likely before 11 a.m. Conditions should gradually improve around midday, allowing some sunshine to return during the afternoon.

Temperatures are expected to reach approximately 84°F, with westerly winds occasionally gusting to 20 mph.

Tampa: One of the highest chances of rain

Tampa has an 80% chance of showers and thunderstorms, particularly during the morning hours.

Rainfall amounts could reach between a quarter and half an inch in some locations. The afternoon may bring improving conditions, with temperatures climbing to around 85°F.

Residents planning outdoor activities early Sunday should be prepared for wet weather.

Orlando: Afternoon showers possible

Orlando is expected to experience a relatively dry start to Sunday, followed by an increasing chance of showers and thunderstorms later in the day.

Rain chances rise to around 40% during parts of the afternoon, although not every neighborhood will necessarily receive rainfall.

Warm and humid conditions will continue across Central Florida.

Miami: Sunshine and summerlike heat

Miami is expected to enjoy mostly sunny conditions, with temperatures reaching approximately 90°F.

However, the heat index could climb as high as 106°F, making conditions feel considerably hotter than the actual air temperature.

Residents spending extended periods outdoors should drink plenty of water and take precautions against heat-related illness.

Tallahassee: A sunnier Sunday
