Jacksonville Jaguars fans expressed frustration, anger and disappointment on social media Sunday after their team suffered a heartbreaking 34–31 loss to the Houston Texans at Wembley Stadium in London.

The defeat ended Jacksonville’s three-game winning streak, but the Jaguars remain at the top of the AFC South with a 4–2 record.

On Reddit, particularly in the r/Jaguars community, fans debated controversial officiating decisions, missed opportunities and the team’s performance.

One of the biggest complaints involved a holding penalty against tight end Brenton Strange that wiped out a touchdown by running back Bhayshul Tuten. Several supporters questioned the call and argued that it changed the momentum of the game.

Other fans directed their frustration toward head coach Liam Coen, criticizing decisions made during the matchup. Some also pointed to dropped passes, defensive mistakes and Trevor Lawrence’s interception in the red zone as contributing factors.

However, not everyone was ready to panic.

One Reddit user urged fellow supporters not to overreact to a single defeat, while others praised Travis Hunter, who delivered both a touchdown reception and an interception.

Despite the disappointing result, Jacksonville showed resilience late in the game. Kicker Cam Little connected on a remarkable 60-yard field goal to tie the score at 31–31 with less than two minutes remaining.

Houston responded with a final drive, and Ka’imi Fairbairn kicked a 49-yard field goal as time expired, securing the victory for the Texans.

The loss was especially painful for Jaguars supporters because the team had fought back and appeared to have a chance to force overtime or complete another dramatic comeback.

While reactions on Reddit reflected considerable frustration, they also showed that some supporters remain confident in Jacksonville’s potential this season.

With a 4–2 record and the division lead still intact, the Jaguars have an opportunity to regroup during their upcoming bye week.

For now, the debate among fans continues: Were the referees responsible, or did Jacksonville simply make too many costly mistakes?
