Jaguars move closer to another win

The Jacksonville Jaguars are moving closer to another victory, leading the Cincinnati Bengals 13–3 early in the second half Sunday.

Trevor Lawrence has helped Jacksonville control the game, throwing for 136 yards and one touchdown through the first half. He connected with Brian Thomas Jr. for a seven-yard touchdown late in the second quarter.

Jacksonville’s defense has also delivered, holding Cincinnati to just three points in the first half and intercepting Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow once.

The Jaguars entered Sunday’s game with a 2–1 record. A victory in Cincinnati would improve Jacksonville to 3–1 and continue its strong start to the season.

The game is still in progress.
